Yoga is for everyone and my classes are designed to suit all levels. I teach the Asanas in different variations, so no matter if you are a beginner or advanced, you will always benefit from my classes, workshops, and retreats.
I host a YouTube channel with dedicated yoga classes for beginners and femininity balance techniques at no cost to support and inspire people of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

Background
For many years I was an entrepreneur with a background in organizing design and yoga events.
I practice yoga for 15 years and in 2019 I trained as a Yoga teacher in the Bahamas (RYT 200h), at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, a prestigious school certified by Yoga Alliance.
Other yoga courses that developed and enriched my yoga practices were the ones taught at Isha Yoga Center in India, under Sadhguru’s guidance.
