Our culture determines the value placed upon masculine and feminine energy. Masculine energy is valued more and the feminine side often becomes downgraded to the off hours and therefore begins to wither.
Women are naturally more feminine than masculine but because of our contemporary culture and society, because of stress and their jobs they use predominantly masculine energy.
Men are naturally more masculine than feminine but because of social demands or childhood traumas, they use more feminine energy than masculine throughout the day.
The feminine is very bodily oriented, very sensual and full of life force and pleasure, or, better say, very alive. In our world today, many women don’t love their own bodies.
Your relationship to your body is your relationship to your femininity.
You need to soften your masculine energy and allow your creative, relational feminine side to flourish.
When we become able to move fluidly between the two energies, the two poles, feminine and masculine, we can become successful in both our careers or business lives and enjoy our romantic relationships.
